在申請開戶的時候 有些資料是要事先準備的
這樣你才能短時間內輕鬆又不費力的開好戶頭

    
1.護照

因為我改名過 所以要重新申請護照
哀...本來還有幾年的有效期間的

經過我的研究
如果上班族沒時間在工作時間到外交部領事事務局的話
可以選擇星期三的下午5點到晚上8點
這段時間是特別給我們趕過去辦的~~~~~~真是好啊

◎費用部分：1300
◎拿到護照的工作天：4-5天
◎需要準備普通護照申請書(http://www.boca.gov.tw/content?CuItem=1831&mp=1)
◎6個月內拍攝白色背景大頭照照片乙式2張(記得要和身分證正片不同 除非你是剛好在六個月內補發身分證)
◎如果有兵役問題 記得要帶兵役相關文件 例如退伍令 免役證明

◎如果您沒空在他規定的時間拿護照的話 可以請樓下郵局幫你寄快遞

費用是：92元

◎有改名的話 最好可準備一下個人的戶籍謄本 
    

地址：台北市濟南路1段2之2號 外交部領事事務局
上班時間為星期一至星期五早上8：30至下午5：00
中午不休息；另每星期三延長受理至晚間8：00止（國定例假日除外）。

以上是我第二次去外交部了
而請你只要在家裡先寫好申請書 列印下來帶過去 其實很快的
像我過去排一下隊 半小時內就好了(太多人排隊了 都花在排隊上)

  
記得資料欄上 一定要簽名 不用寫住址電話 我這樣就過了^^

2.英文地址證明

我有HSBC的戶頭 如果您沒有 你也可以到戶政事務所申請英文的戶籍謄本
不過非常重要的
通常銀行的對帳單都是中文的喔
如果你要英文的話 要親自打電話到銀行的客服中心問問看
而且通常要等下個月
你的電子對帳單 才會是英文的喔
