最近天氣變化很大
再加上輪班的關係 睡眠不足
讓我很容易感冒 鼻塞
鼻塞真的是非常討厭 因為一旦鼻塞 睡覺就會不好睡
而且很怕 無法呼吸該怎麼辦@@....
通常鼻塞的發生
是因為鼻腔為了抵禦這些病菌 所以會用分泌分泌物的方式
就是流鼻水 試圖把這些病菌沖走 鼻腔腫脹也是為了防止病菌
入侵的關係
不過通常有這樣的情況 身體其實已經有些不舒服了
而所幸我用了一些方法 這些方法可以暫時讓我不再鼻塞
1.穴道按壓法
迎香穴....試過 有效 不過通常方法因各人體質不一樣

2.不要平躺 彎腰呼吸
通常我都是往下彎腰 讓頭低於膝蓋 然後呼吸 但是需要一點時間 然後就通了^^
3.熱毛巾熱敷鼻翼 讓鼻子溫暖
4.多喝熱水
如果真的都還不行的話 就真的要去看醫生了喔~~~大家可以試試看^^
