依稀印象是2014年的5月14日

其實很早之前就想要改名了
一來遇到了很多麻煩的事
有些是我自己的問題
而有些是我的人際關係狀況
所以我很想改名
每個想要改名的人
其實都很希望改名之後
整個人脫胎換骨
至少可以擺脫以前的遭遇和宿命

所以我也想要改名
雖然很早之前就想要改名
但是 礙於我也不知道也改甚麼名字
比較適合我
再來其實我也會害怕
越改越糟糕的狀況

所以存了一筆錢 先去請老師幫我看看後
決定好想要的名字
就可以去改名了

重要：要改名必須要到原戶籍所在地的戶政事務所辦理

所以我就回桃園申請改名了

  
重要：需要準備的東西

1.大頭照1張
2.原身分證
3.戶口名簿
4.費用：50

重要：一生可以改名的次數已經從一次增加到2次了

確認一下是否注意事項相同

改名的作業大約30分鐘吧
要寫申請書 以及幫你辦一張新的身分證

剩下的 就要自己去把其他證件都去改名
再申請其他證件改名前
記得多去準備幾張個人的戶籍謄本
很多機關都需要有改名證明的戶籍謄本
請記得一起辦理 才不會再跑一趟喔^^
例如
1.行照 駕照
2.健保卡
3.銀行帳戶名
4.保險
5.公司團保
6.護照
