基本上從2014年開始就想要跑步
一到現在
現在是夜班的生活因為時差關係
到了正常班就會正常再去跑步
其實跑的公里數沒有很多
大約是3公里左右
從我家到玉成公園→繞到成德國小→在到南港公園→回到我家
其實是我發明的一個圈
這樣可以順路回來
再來不會因為風景都相同
讓自己興致缺缺的去跑步
途中累了的話 南港公園是可很好的休息地方
聽報導說 南港公園是能量場極大的地方
所以常常到那跑步 算是一個不錯的選擇
